Pay It Forward - Unplugged

On Friday and Saturday night of our Unplugged Montana trip, we stayed on the property of Barb and John, also known as, The Llama Farm. It’s a beautiful piece of land tucked away on a quiet dirt road that sees as much traffic from bikes as it does cars.

Though we’re operating on a tight budget, we would have been happy to pay to stay at the farm. But Barb and John would not accept. Instead, what they’ve asked us to do, is to pay it forward.

Each day we get a fresh set of opportunities to go beyond ourselves. To practice random acts of kindness. To bring love and light when there’s fear and darkness. A smile, a hand, a noticing, the world gets better not in big, grand actions but drip by drip.
