As a high school PE teacher with a M.Ed., I consider myself a professional fun facilitator. All of us, we’re trying to live joyous, loving, fun lives and we have a common enemy: scrolling. It keeps us from the real world, where reality happens. I’m a coach, guide, host who loves to move through nature, celebrate our common humanity, and embrace a low-angle lifestyle.
