Unplugged
We host field trips. Being together in nature, away from screens is our recipe.

We host field trips. Being together in nature, away from screens is our recipe.
Unplugged was born from a desire to taste the flavor of life. We host human-powered experiences, in nature, aimed at exploring the art of good living. With simplicity as our guide, we’ve taken elements of a bike tour, river trip, vacation, boot camp, retreat and conference and alchemized them into… a field trip for adults.
At camp we kick-back with our butts in the dirt. We play games, talk intentionally, and host immersive workshops. Our food is hearty, simple, and well-deserved. By night, we drink La Croix around fire and flip freakishly-fun dance parties. We sleep in tents and wake-up when it feels right. Mornings are slow and the coffee strong, with plenty of unstructured time for serendipity to surface. When it’s time to go? We go. Our routes are thoughtful, raw, and naturally inspiring. We travel anywhere from five to forty miles, together, with nothing but the power of our legs. All the while, following Mary Oliver’s guiding question: ‘what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?’
Our special sauce is the nuanced blend of challenge and chill, silly and sincere, welcoming and wild. Unplugged trips offer opportunities to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the fresh reality of what's happening right here, right now. It's four days of rewilding and a potent detox from the devices that distract us. If you’re still curious, get your eyes on the field trips tab for a more granular look at the details. Join us, we double-dog-dare you.

"The trip facilitated a deep connection with friends, nature, and my own mind in a way I'm rarely able to access. It was one of the best weeks of my year."

"Without knowing it, going into the experience, Unplugged was just what I needed and then some. Enjoying beautiful fall riding in a new place, eating good food, and most of all, intentionally focusing on getting to know a wonderful group of strangers without any distractions."
(Harvest Trip - Oct 2023)
Emily salle
"The happiest and healthiest of adventures! Full of silly, wholesome, and grounding energy that connected us as a group and extended out far beyond the 4 days of the trip."
